Charges and Warranty
Collections can be arranged through one of our couriers, if you choose to have an item collected, you will be charged at cost, but you must be available for the driver to collect between 8am and 5pm.
Estimate / Quotation Fee
Our estimate / quote fee is £50 (£30 pounds for Stax), This charge covers the work involved in diagnosing the fault and providing you with an estimation / quote for the repair, this fee is not charge once the estimation / quote has been accepted - you only pay the quoted figure.
If you decide to scrap the unit and leave it with us for any salvageable parts, the £50 estimation fee is not charged. You only pay the £50 if you decline the repair and remove the item from our premises.
For larger units or complete systems problems we can offer a visit to your premises and where possible carry out the repair on site.
However should that not be possible we shall return the faulty component to our premises where the repair will be carried out and returned back to you system fully operational.
This is the last resort to problems we have found cannot be resolved on the bench.
Repair Costs
Labour is charge at £50 per hour per part thereof after the first half hour. Parts are charge at the recommended retail price. Some items do have a fixed repair price, and often include preventative measures and component replacement during the repair to increase longevity and reliability of the unit.
Return of the Equipment
Equipment is usually returned via courier. This charge is usually shown on your estimation or quote.
Warranty
We give a 3 months warranty on all repairs carried out. Please note that this warranty covers parts fitted and labour and not the whole unit. We perform full functional test on all items after repair.
